In a world of noise and status quo, De Manne is a pure voice of emotion, crafting songs with a legacy of lyrics that linger and melodies that mesmerize. Born from the intersection of creativity and perseverance, the Cameroonian-born versatile virtuoso’s sound is a genre-bending fusion of Afro-pop, Afrobeat, Afro Latin music, Contemporary R&B, Afro-soul, and Reggae musical genres.

The singer-songwriter released his debut studio EP “The Avenue” in 2022, featuring 15 minutes of memorable singles including “Avenue”, “Dola”, “You Are My Type feat Merveille Onguenet”, and “Shadows”. This earned him over 3 million views on YouTube, creating a huge buzz for a newcomer artist on social media. 

In 2023, he was nominated as “revelation of the year” at the prestigious “Cameroon International Music Award” (CIMFEST) and the winner of the best newcomer and jeu buzz categories at the SGBC awards, cementing his position as one of Cameroon’s most consistent new artists to keep an eye on for the future.

De Manne also collaborated with the indisputable best Acapella group in Cameroon “One Heart Acapella” for a remix to his award-winning contemporary R&B hit “You Are My Type”. The versatile artist wrapped up 2023 with his second EP, “Dola Trilogy”, bringing a unique fusion 3 different versions of his “Dola” hit song; an Electropop Mix, Amapiano Mix and an Afro-Latin Mix, showcasing the artist’s acting and dancing skills.
